Everyone has heard of konjac sponges. In just a few years, they have taken a starring role in our beauty routines. We went all the way to Southeast Asia to find them. That is hardly surprising when you know that konjac is a plant mainly grown in China, Vietnam and Japan, and that the sponges are made out of konjac root.

Konjac has many virtues. The sponge ever so gently cleanses, purifies and brings radiance to the skin. All from natural origin and biodegradable, the konjac sponge suits all skin types, even the most sensitive!

Directions for use

1. Soak the sponge in warm water for 3 to 5 minutes to let it expand, then gently squeeze out excess water.

2. Gently massage your face and neck in a circular motion.

3. Rinse the sponge thoroughly with warm water after each use and gently squeeze it to remove excess water.

4. Use the string to hang it out to dry in a warm dry place. Can be used for 3 to 6 months.
